Senior Thesis Completion

It is our final week and I am excited to say that I have completed my architectural lighting senior thesis. This week I completed the final steps of my modeling process on the heliodon. I took videos of both the interior and exterior to see how the Fairbanks sun moves around my building design.

I have submitted all of my final milestones and am very excited to present my final project tomorrow. It has been a long journey and I am very pleased with my final design.

Choosing to do a daylight project rather than a traditional artificial lighting project was challenging at times, but ultimately I am glad that I choose to implement daylighting in to a sacred space. I am nearing the end of my career at TCU and hope to apply my daylighting knowledge to the projects I work on in the future.
